Does he Meet Your Expectations

Does the man you are dating have the attributes that you are seeking in a partner. Is he considerate or affectionate and does he seem trustworthy. Does he have a plan or a vision   for the future. Is he the type who is just  drifter, living for the moment with no thought about tomorrow….yes those types exist.

Is he someone who respects women or does he see women as an acquisition and boasts about his past conquests. Do you share the same values or interests. Do you find him easy to talk to and does he engage in meaningful conversations?

Sometimes at the start of a relationship sparks will fly and fires may be ignited but if you are not compatible it burns out quickly and the fire dies. So to save yourself heartache evaluate the facts in front of you and decide if he is someone you want to take a chance with.

Blurred Vision

A businessman was highly critical of his competitors’ storefront windows. “Why, they are the dirtiest windows in town,” he claimed. Fellow business people grew tired of the man’s continual criticism and nitpicking comments about the windows. One day over coffee, the businessman carried the subject just too far. Before leaving, a fellow store owner suggested the man get his own windows washed. He followed the advice, and the next day at coffee, he exclaimed, “I can’t believe it. As soon as I washed my windows, my competitor must have cleaned his too. You should see them shine.”

Confucius once declared, “Don’t complain about the snow on your neighbor’s roof when your own doorstep is unclean.”

 

 

The moral of the story is don’t focus on the fault of others to the point where you can’t see your own faults.

Sometime women will get in  serious relationships without know much about the men. This can leave a woman at a disadvantage because sometimes the man is either married or he is involved in another relationship.

Before you get too deeply involved with him get to know as much about him as you possibly can. Your life and your future is not something that you should take chances with. Find out where he lives and what kind of person he is in his community, does he have a bad reputation or is he a respectful citizen. When starting a relationship take it, get to know something about him and then decide if this is the person you want to invest your time and energy in.

Remember that all that glitters is not gold and it is better to play it safe rather than end up being sorry and hurt.

What a woman often wants most from a relationship is to have a man who loves, respect, and appreciates her. She wants a man who makes her feel special; one who thinks about her feelings and not just his own.

She wants someone who is serious about her and their relationship and is willing to put in as much effort to make it work as she does. As a woman you may find that you have to work twice as hard as your male counterpart to get recognition. There will be doubters, those who believe that you will never succeed.Stay confident and feed your mind with positive thought. When others tell you that you can’t know that you can. Meditation

The hustle and bustle of daily life can take a toll on us and sometimes it  gets too much. You can improve your life if you slow down and take a quiet moment for meditation and reflection. There are many reasons why meditation is good for you.

Meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, reduces anxiety, increases self-awareness and encourages a healthy lifestyle. It quiets the mind and gives you a sense of peace.

Empowering Women

Equal rights and justice for all should include equal rights for women. For centuries women have been treated like second class citizens. Things have changed along the years, but the change so far is not enough and women still have to work twice as hard as their male counterparts to get ahead in life.

The double standard is evident all around us. It is easier for society to forgive a man for the mistakes he makes than for them to forgive a woman. Just take a brief glimpse at relationships for example; a man can have multiple partners and it is accepted as being okay – he is just being a man. On the other hand should a woman do the same thing she is considered a whore.

The double standard must stop what is good for the goose is good for the gander. It is time to start taking women seriously and treat us with the respect we deserve.
