The hustle and bustle of daily life can take a toll on us and sometimes it  gets too much. You can improve your life if you slow down and take a quiet moment for meditation and reflection. There are many reasons why meditation is good for you.

Meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, reduces anxiety, increases self-awareness and encourages a healthy lifestyle. It quiets the mind and gives you a sense of peace.

The book Word of the Day By Marva Seaton encourages you to take ten minutes each day for a moment of reflection and meditation. Take ten minutes just for you. You can reflect on a word each day in the order they appear in the book or you can choose a word that depicts your mood and read the words of encouragement and meditate. Either way you will find this book a source of inspiration.

"the Beatles didn't 'ave a monopoly on love, no-one does. It doesn't belong to John Lennon, it doesn't belong to Janis, it doesn't even belong to Jesus, love belongs to all of us. It's something we're all supposed to share," - Ami Bane, Pearls on the Road All work here is original and the copywrite of Angela Miller.
