Speak your mind. Stand up for what you believe. Don’t succumb to fear or let your voice be silenced. You matter, what you have to say matters.

There are many rivers to cross along this journey of life. The quickest starter is not always the one to finish first, so don’t feel like you are a failure if you are not there yet. There is a divine plan for everyone and there is a perfect timing.
Never be too quick to judge another person’s situation and never say “That could never happen to me.” The road of life has many twists and turns and sometimes the most unexpected things happen. No one is immune to life’s problems so show empathy for others because you just never know when you might need theirs.
Every morning is a new opportunity to start over or to complete something that you have left undone. Do not take it for granted and do not put off what you can do today for tomorrow. Life passes by so quickly and missed opportunities seldom come around again so make this a productive day at the end of it you will feel a sense of accomplishment.

Don’t lose yourself trying to live up to the expectations of others. Never for one moment believe that you have to live by their rules. Don’t buy into that belief that some people are more important than others. We all have a purpose on this earth although we play different roles. The defining point is that we are all ‘mortal man’ subjected to the same rules of nature. From the dust we all came and to the dust one day we will return.
You may be at a crossroad in your life where your hopes and expectations still seem a far way from being achieved. You may wonder why it is taking you so long, why the journey has been so difficult. The important thing is to keep your eyes on the goal, never lose focus and never give up. (Marva Seaton)
“Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive,
I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it.
I am going to use all my energies to develop myself,
to expand my heart out to others;
to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.
I am going to have kind thoughts towards others,
I am not going to get angry or think badly about others.
I am going to benefit others as much as I can.”
