If you want to be happy in life, then quit worrying about what others say about you. In life you can’t please everybody and not everyone is going to love you. And that’s okay because there are people who are struggling to love themselves. Just do what is necessary to make yourself, and the people you hold dear to you, happy. In the long run that is what matters the most.
Hard times are often blessings in disguise. Let go and let life strengthen you. No matter how much it hurts, hold your head up and keep going. This is an important lesson to remember when you are having a rough day, a bad month or a crappy year.
Truth be told, sometimes the hardest lesson to learn are the ones your spirit needs most. Your past was never a mistake if you learned from it. So take all the crazy experiences and lessons and place them in a box labelled, “Thank You.” (Manisha Shrestha Bundela)
You might have tried to get a project off the ground and it didn’t work out. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try again. As Winston Churchill said, “Success is not final and failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. If you have experienced adversity in your life, don’t let that stop you. Try again. With faith and determination you will succeed.
Truth about life is that often times nobody believe in you until after you have succeeded. It is therefore important for you to believe in yourself and stand firm in your conviction that you can make it . Often people are disappointed because they don’t receive the support they expected. This might happen to you too, but do not become disillusioned, others before you had the same experience. You just have to keep trying. Remember, people don’t have to believe in you for you to succeed. You will enjoy success in spite of them.
“Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future, that he does not enjoy the present moment. As a result, he does not live in the present or the future, he lives as if he is never going to die, and then he dies having never truly lived.”
Take a close look at this quote. The author sums it up so well. So many people work hard and sacrifice their health to make money and then they don’t live to enjoy it. What is the point sacrificing your health in order to be rich and then have to spend that money trying to regain your health, which is often way more difficult. Work hard, but enjoy life as well.
How many of you when growing up had visions of what life would be as an adult? Many of us dreamed of being rich and successful, with the ability to get wherever our hearts desire.
What many of us never anticipated was, how hard it would be for us to get to where we want to be. Many attained success because they were determined to do so and failing was not an option. They dealt with the struggles, obstacles, and disappointments that was a part of their journey.
Others started the journey and quit along the way because it got too hard for them. If you are at the point where you think of quitting, here is a word of advice in this quote.
Never forget how far you have come. Everything you have gotten through. All the times you have pushed on even when you felt you couldn’t. All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was. All the times you wanted to give up but got through another day. Never forget how much strength you have developed along the way.
