It’s okay to be afraid of the unknown. There is not shame in that. However you cannot allow fear to hold you prisoner. You have to push past that fear and step into the unknown. To do this you must be prepared to get out of your comfort zone. It is the only way. Do the things necessary to achieve your goals in life. Even if it makes you uncomfortable, if it is necessary, you must do it. One step at a time, bit by bit you will come closer at attaining that goal.

A lot of people believe in order to fit in they have to follow the crowd, do what everyone else is doing even if it makes them uncomfortable. It doesn’t have to be that way though. It’s okay to be you. Do the things you believe in even if it is not the popular trend. Acceptance means people accept you for who you are and not who they want you to be.

The manner in which you begin your day often sets the tone for your entire day. It is therefore important that when you leave home you adapt a positive attitude. If you leave home feeling grumpy, miserable and have negative thoughts, you attract negative energy that could ruin your entire day. Despite how you may feel at the start of your day take a different approach. Be positive. Tell yourself no matter what happens today I will be in control. I will have a positive day. Things will go right. Today is going to be a wonderful day. Start with that positive energy and you will attract more positive energy. Try it and see!

We all have habits. Some are good and some may be distructive vices. Bad habits are easily formed and are hard to get rid of. Take the person who starts smoking . A first it might just be an experiment, until it becomes a habit. And even then the person might say, “Oh it’s nothing. I can quit whenever I want to.” But the truth is, once that habit is formed, quitting is hard. Stay away from bad habits and form good ones instead. For example exercise regularly, read a book, take a few minutes each day to meditate. They more you practice doing these things the better your chance of making them daily habits. These are the habits that will do wonders for you.

Be thankful you don’t already have everything you desire. If you did, what would there to look forward to?
Be thankful you don’t know something, for it gives you the opportunity to learn
Be thankful for difficult times. During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations, because they give you the opportunity for improvement.
Be thankful for your mistakes. They teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you are tired and weary, because it means you’ve made a difference.
It’s easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are thankful for the setbacks.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.

Start believing that no matter what difficulty you are facing now , it will not break you. Your best days are ahead of you. Just have faith and persevere.

If you want to be happy in life, then quit worrying about what others say about you. In life you can’t please everybody and not everyone is going to love you. And that’s okay because there are people who are struggling to love themselves. Just do what is necessary to make yourself, and the people you hold dear to you, happy. In the long run that is what matters the most.
