Living Through a Pandemic

The last two years have been stresful for a lot ofpeople. Many of us are experiencing for the first time what it is like to live through a pandemic. Some have had to deal with the stress of caring for the ill while trying to stay safe. We have entered a new year but with a rising surge of COVID cases thing have not gotten easier and some individuals are beginning to feel stressed beyond their limit.

It is important during this pandemic to find some solace. While we deal with the stress, we must make an effort to intergrate stress free moments in our daily life. If only for a few minutes each day do something that relaxes you and set your mind at ease. Take a few moments to enjoy something you love. It can be listening to your favorite music, watching a movie, reading a book or going for a walk. If it calms you and put you in a happy place do it. Surving this pandemic requires you protecting not just your physical, but also your mental health.
