What do you do When Plans go Asunder

What do you do when your plans go asunder,
What do you do when they all come to naught?
Don’t blame yourself, it’s okay to blunder,
Take heed, in life some mistakes are lessons taught.
Stop for a moment and cry if you must,
Smile through the teardrops and try to be brave,
Pick up the pieces and brush off the dust,
Then you move forward to battle the next wave.
Life is a battlefield where the toughest survive,
Don’t dwell on the problems and forget to have fun,
For though there are problems you still have to strive
To rise each morning and greet the rising sun.
Don’t let life problems get you down
Rise up stand tall and never frown.

This is my attempt at writing a sonnet. Thanks for reading. Please tell me what you think of it.
