Now more than ever we have come to realize that each new day is a blessing. Enjoy it. Be happy. Take care, enjoy the sunshine, and keep safe.

Stay Safe
While we work together to fight this crisis let us exercise common sense and maintain our sanity. Take all the necessary precautions to stay safe. Don’t go into places where people frequent such as the grocery stores and supermarkets unless you have to.

Do not consume cleaning products. They may cause serious harm.
Staying Calm
It is not easy staying calm and focused amidst this period of world crisis. It is not easy to be positive and just say it will be over soon. It is not easy yet we must try. We know it will be over but in the meantime for many there is heartbreak, tears and shattered lives as people mourn the loss of loved ones.
For our sanity we must find an outlet to take our mind off what is going on. My outlet is writing. I find it therapeutic, a pleasant escape if only for a few hours per day. Whatever you enjoy doing use that as your outlet to bring a sense of normalcy to your life as we wait out this storm. Please stay home and keep safe.

Due to the Coronavirus many of you may now find yourself at home. Where ever you are in the world life must go on. We all have to play our part to stop the spread of the virus. A pleasant pastime is reading. Find books in the genre you love, read and try to relax. It is a stressful time and any form of relaxation will help. Stay strong and keep safe.
Keep Informed
It may seem scary right now, but I believe we will get through this. One of the most important thing as we fight this coronavirus crisis is to keep informed with what health officials are saying. In a crisis there is often a lot of misinformation. I read an article where 27 people from Iran died of alcohol poisoning trying to protect themselves from the virus. This goes to show that misinformation can be just as dangerous as the virus.
It is okay to switch off the news sometimes; watch a movie, read a book, play card games. Do something that can help you relax because stress is just as bad. Take all the necessary precautions to keep safe. It may be a while yet, but we will get through this.
