“Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere is war and until there are no longer first-class and second-class citizens of any nation, until the color of a man’s skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes. And until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race, there is war. And until that day, the dream of lasting peace, world citizenship, rule of international morality, will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued, but never attained… now everywhere is war.”
These words of Haile Selassie written years ago still rings true today. You could say the more things change the more they remain the same. We cannot tell people what to think but if you have a job to protect then you must do so impartially and not allow your personal prejudices to cloud your judgement. The justice system is broken and the way forward is to address the cracks in the system so that the laws apply to everyone equally. It is the system that allows a lot of the injustice because those involved know they will not be held accountable for their actions. We need to fix the justice system.

I am afraid fixing injustices are better said than done. If it is not about race, it will be language, gender, class etc. Perhaps the creator gives us something to do, to fight, to write. It may be hard to fix it, but we can undo some to our best capability, and, in the process understand the plight of humanity.
The biggest problem is not having love and respect for one another and so in a way it seems hopeless because these are things that have to come naturally!
Mankind is jealous and insecure and will never be prepared to share and act with genuine ultruisum. Mankind will never change I think our creator put this flaw in us. Sadly the world will never be fair.
I agree with you we can never change the way people think or make them behave in a manner we would like for them to. Like you said this world will never be fair!
Sad but true
We can only hope for change
