Tragedy struck Nepal as the country was hit by an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8. It shook the nation leaving behind destruction and chaos. Over one thousand four hundred people are presumed dead and they continue to search the rubble for survivors. There were deaths at a Mount Everest based camp which was hit by an avalanche caused by the quake. The death toll is expected to rise. Many will spend the night out door from the fear of after shocks. Prayers for the people of Nepal tonight.
