Many people wake around with dreams waiting for someone else to give them the opportunity to make that dream become a reality. However I say if you are passionate about something, you find a way to get it done.
So often people blame others for their failures rather than accept the fact that they did not try hard enough. It is not the job of others to make you succeed or make you plan work out. It is up to you to act with a sense of maturity and passion and pursue that which you aim to achieve. It may be tempting to blame others but you will never achieve true success unless you take responsibility and realize that it is up to you to make your dream come true.

Yes, at 80 I never have gone on a cruise. It’s been my dream to do that. But, I don’t enjoy traveling without my hubby, my soulmate, my partner for nearly 58 years. And he’s not interested in going on a cruise. Sometimes we have to shift our dreams. Oh well, I didn’t need to be on that cruise ship that caught fire and killed all the passengers anyway. 😱
Yes I agree. Sometimes we have to compromise. Thank God you weren’t on that ship. It was a terrible incident.
Yes, I have discovered through the years that the commitment to respect one another and the ability to compromise are two of the most important ingredients in this thing called marriage. And yes, that cruise accident was certainly a terrible incident.
