The Face of War

War is ugly and those who suffer most are the children. The image of this little Syrian boy covered in dirt and bleeding stands as a symbol of the harsh reality of what children have to endure in a war that has nothing to do with them. This little boy despite his condition is one of the lucky ones, he survived an airstrike! About 50,000 children have died so far in a war that seems no where close of coming to an end.

  1. It is very difficult and a civil war complicated by too many different factions. Can bombing your own people and hospitals be ever justified? There seems to be a terrible war of attrition similar but different to that 100 yeas ago.
