So you want to get that ham for Christmas, but you are not sure how to cook it?  It really isn’t hard at all.  Just follow the recipe below and your ham will be sure to come out right.

1 10 lb ham

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp prepared mustard

Cloves

Method

1              To remove some of the excess salt soak ham overnight

2              Cook  ham at 325F for about three hours

3               Mix sugar and mustard together

4              Remove skin from ham

5              Brush mixture over ham

6              Cut squares into ham and insert cloves in the middle of squares

7             Return ham to oven and bake for another thirty minutes

Tip         You can dress ham with pineapple slices and cherries if you wish
