The War in Nigeria

There is a war going on the war against ISIS. But in Nigeria an equal vicious war is taking place and the people seem to be defenseless. Boko Haram attacks in recent days have left 52 dead. An attack on a village on Christmas day left 14 people dead and there have been more attacks since then causing the death toll to rise.

You are absolutely right Marva, the fight against Boko Haram has been going on for a very long time now with an untold number of deaths and it hardly gets any press, at least here in the U.S. I have my suspicions why, but I’ll tell you that if this was going on in France it would certainly get the attention of the mainstream media.

    1. I totally agree with you. Main stream media is not interesting in airing everyone story. It is as if some people are not important enough to be given a second thought.
