The Answer

I see the faces daily,
Of my fellow human beings,
Some showing frustration,
Sometimes betrayal,
As the system that is,
Supposed to guide them,
Seems on the verge of collapsing,
And no one seems to know the answer,
To the growing malaise,
Slowly taking over,
Businesses collapsing,
Companies going under,
Unemployment line growing longer,
Jobs decreasing,
Crime increasing,
It’s the signs of the time they say,
It’s bad management they say,
Whatever it is,
No one seems to know the answer.
