I would like to believe the headline above is wrong because that is some kind of money to be spending weekly on just hair.  Rihanna honey if this is true, this kind of spending will make you get broke girl.  Money has magic it comes but then it disappears in a flash if you are not careful.  When you are in the public eye all eyes are on you.
